These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entryspaces, including entryspaces.com and the application at app.entryspaces.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Entryspaces ("we", "us" or "our"). Entryspaces is not currently operated through a registered limited company.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
- If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 16, we may suspend or terminate that account and delete the associated data.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, as set out in Section 12.
3. The Service
Entryspaces helps you build a reusable career Profile, receive a Report on your candidate position and application quality, follow a Protocol of prioritised actions, and create and track role-specific applications, including AI-assisted CVs, cover letters and interview preparation.
Entryspaces is not a job board, recruitment agency or careers advice service, and does not source, guarantee or promise interviews, job offers, or any employment outcome. Report scores, Protocol recommendations and any AI-generated drafts are provided to inform and assist you, and are not a guarantee of accuracy, suitability or success. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use anything the Service produces.
4. Your content and your responsibility for accuracy
You retain ownership of the information, evidence and materials you provide to the Service, including your Profile data, CVs, cover letters and any documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, process, reproduce and analyse Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
- You warrant that Your Content is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not use the Service to invent or misrepresent employers, job titles, dates, qualifications, responsibilities, achievements, metrics or any other material fact.
- The Service may suggest stronger wording or framing, but any factual claim must be confirmed as true by you before it is used or submitted anywhere.
- You are solely responsible for the content of any CV, cover letter or application you submit to a prospective employer using the Service, and for the consequences of doing so.
- We may remove or refuse to process content we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, or breaches these Terms.
5. Subscription, fees and payment
- Entryspaces is offered as a single paid subscription — there are no feature tiers and no free plan. The standard price is £19.99 per month. We currently offer a special price of £11.99 per month, which you retain for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Subscriptions are billed in advance and charged automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- You will typically build and confirm your initial Profile before your paid subscription begins and the full workspace opens.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, through Stripe, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law.
- We do not currently offer a free trial, free plan or annual plan. We may change our standard or special pricing in future; where a price change would affect your existing subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, resubscribing may be at the standard price or a different current offer.
- Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital service within 14 days without giving a reason. By choosing to access and start using the workspace (rather than waiting out the 14 days), you acknowledge and expressly agree that this cancellation right ends once you have started using the Service, in accordance with those Regulations.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the paid workspace until the outstanding amount is settled.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false or fabricated information to an employer or any third party with intent to deceive
- Scrape, extract or reuse vacancy or other data from the Service or from third-party sites in a way that breaches those sites’ own terms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, scoring methodology or source code behind the Service
- Resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to any third party without our written consent
- Upload malicious code, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person, or use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or impersonate anyone
7. Intellectual property
Excluding Your Content, we and our licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, the Entryspaces name and logo, and the underlying methodology behind the Report and Protocol. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service.
8. Third-party vacancy information
Where you add a public vacancy URL, the Service may extract publicly available information from that page to help you compare it with your evidence. We do not control, verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of third-party vacancy pages, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Disclaimers
The Service, including all Reports, Protocols and AI-generated drafts, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational and organisational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, other than those which cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a service performed with reasonable care and skill.
10. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business opportunities (including job or interview opportunities), goodwill, or data.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Entryspaces and its agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your breach of these Terms; Your Content, including any false, inaccurate or fabricated information you submit to a third party; your misuse of the Service; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misuse of the Service, or if required to do so by law.
- On termination, your right to access the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.
13. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service from time to time, and will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the Service you are paying for.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you, for example by email or a notice on the Service, before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may benefit from mandatory local consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
16. General
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
